International orders may take up to 5 days to dispatch.

Please note we have currently suspended "rest of world" shipping and are currently only shipping to Australia and New Zealand.

Please note bulky and heavy items cannot be shipped Internationally. This includes large Lune & Co cushions and Olli Ella rattan Luggys and houses, candles and some Mere botanicals products, plus books and publications.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. You will be contacted by your local customs office to arrange payment for any duties or taxes. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed are payable by the customer. Should the customer refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order applied by customs the responsibility lies with the customer to arrange for the order to be returned to Born West and you will be issued a store credit for your order once Born West receives the returned order. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.
