Refund policy

Please contact hello@bornwest.com.au within 7 days of receiving your parcel if you would like to exchange or arrange to return your item/s for a store credit. Goods must be in original packaging and condition. Return postage for change of mind or incorrect size is at the customers expense.

Items returned for change of mind or incorrect size may be returned for a store credit or exchange only.

We can only offer full refunds for incorrect or faulty items. 

Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please ensure all items are returned within 14 days for an exchange or credit. Please note we will not accept returns or exchanges after 14 days unless the item is deemed faulty.
